Stand Up Paddle is the best way to enjoy nature in a calm and relaxed way, and while doing it you can discover the Douro river and its small tributaries. And if you have never tried it, don’t worry, I’ll make you a ‘pro’ in minutes.
The tour takes around 3 hours, the necessary time to explore the entire Paiva river, from the Douro to the first white water rapids. A stop for a swim is also a must, especially if you have kids, there are some really good places to do it where you will feel comfortable and safe. Gather your family or friends and let’s hit the water.
